Senior Product Manager/Product Owner
Location: Remote within the U.S., with required overlap with Pacific Time (PST) for team meetings.
Compensation: $60/hour W-2 hourly or $72/hr C2C.
Employment Type: 3–6 month contract, with the possibility of extension based on business needs and individual performance.

About the Role
We're supporting a global technology organization dedicated to helping consumers, educators, and small businesses overcome their most important financial challenges. The Senior Product Manager in this role will own the end-to-end product experience for an education-focused digital platform, driving vision and strategy from discovery through launch and ongoing optimization.
You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and content teams to define product vision, prioritize roadmaps, and deliver meaningful outcomes for a diverse user base. This is a senior-level opportunity for a product leader who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments and is passionate about building platform products that make a real difference.
What You Will Be Doing
- Own the full product lifecycle, including discovery, requirements definition, delivery, launch, and iteration.
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to user needs and business outcomes.
- Translate user needs and business objectives into clear product requirements and prioritized backlogs.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data, and content stakeholders.
- Manage platform dependencies, delivery timelines, and tradeoffs within Agile development environments.
- Engage directly with end users to understand pain points, validate solutions, and ensure meaningful outcomes.
- Define success metrics, track performance, and apply data-driven insights to guide prioritization and improvement.
What We Are Looking For
Required Skills & Qualifications:- 5–7+ years of product management experience, with demonstrated success owning products end-to-end.
- Experience supporting scalable platform products with multiple user personas.
- Proven ability to manage complexity, dependencies, and tradeoffs across teams.
- Experience contributing to longer-term product and platform strategy
- Product ownership of a digital platform from ideation through launch and iteration.
- Roadmap definition and backlog prioritization based on user needs and business outcomes.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data, and content partners.
- Strong data-driven decision making, including defining success metrics and measuring impact.
- Agile product management experience, including dependency management and release planning.
- Technical fluency across software platforms, APIs, and system architectures.
- Direct engagement with end users to gather insights and validate solutions.
- Experience delivering scalable, secure platform solutions with attention to data privacy.
- Experience supporting education-focused or learning platforms.
- Background working on platform products with multiple user personas.
- Familiarity with learning workflows, content delivery, or curriculum-driven experiences.
- Experience collaborating with privacy, security, or compliance stakeholders.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into clear product vision and execution plans.
- Experience driving innovation and continuous improvement through experimentation
