Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master / Technical Project Manager with deep Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) expertise to lead complex eCommerce initiatives across distributed teams. In this role, you will be responsible for driving Agile best practices, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and ensuring on‑time, high‑quality delivery of SFCC programs. You will act as the anchor between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating priorities into executable plans while maintaining transparency across timelines, risks, and dependencies.

This position requires a strong delivery mindset and hands‑on experience managing SFCC projects in fast‑paced environments. You will proactively identify and remove blockers, manage competing priorities, and foster collaboration across Development, QA, Business Analytics, and Product teams. The ideal candidate combines seasoned project leadership with a pragmatic Agile approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to keep teams aligned and focused—even as requirements evolve.

Responsabilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Retrospectives).
• Manage project timelines, deliverables & stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, BA, Product).
• Identify risks, resolve blockers & ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications & Experience

• 14+ years in Project Management / Scrum roles.
• Hands-on SFCC project experience.
• Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge.
• Excellent communication & leadership skills.
• CSM / PSM / PMP is a plus.
