Salesforce Solutions Architect - Revenue Cloud
Location: Open to remote in the US. Must be able to work CST. This role will require occasional travel to our HQ or to visit clients.
Employment Type: Full-time, long-term employment at Concord.
Compensation: $150,000-$170,000 base salary. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, and overall qualifications.

About the Role
We are seeking a Salesforce Solutions Architect with deep, hands-on expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud to lead solution design and implementation for complex Salesforce initiatives. This role will play a critical part in an upcoming Revenue Cloud–focused projects, acting as a trusted consultant to business and technical stakeholders while ensuring scalable, well-documented, and high-quality Salesforce solutions.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth with excellent consulting and communication skills and is comfortable working in ambiguous environments, troubleshooting existing implementations, and guiding teams through best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and hands-on implementation of Salesforce solutions with a strong emphasis on Revenue Cloud (primary focus).
- Act as a consultative partner to stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Support and troubleshoot existing Salesforce implementations, including reverse engineering and documenting current processes and configurations.
- Provide architectural guidance across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with exposure to Service Cloud Voice / Amazon Connect.
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and delivery teams to define and refine requirements, user stories, and technical designs.
- Ensure solutions align with Salesforce best practices, security standards, and long-term platform strategy.
- Contribute to DevOps and release management processes, including CI/CD pipelines where applicable.
- Mentor and guide team members on Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and platform capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience, including both declarative configuration and custom development.
- Strong, proven experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing, or related capabilities).
- Solid experience with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud implementations.
- Salesforce certifications, including: Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Revenue Cloud–related certifications.
- Excellent consulting and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience writing clear, consumable requirements and user stories, and working within Agile environments.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Copado, or similar tools for backlog management and deployment.
- Prior experience in the IT & Digital Consulting and Solutions industry.
- Exposure to or working knowledge of Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect (primarily for troubleshooting and understanding existing implementations) is highly desired.
- Experience with Agentforce and Data Cloud / Data 360 is a plus.
- Hands-on DevOps experience within the Salesforce ecosystem (CI/CD, release management, version control) is a plus.
