We are seeking a Delivery Operations Analyst and Office Manager to join our Richmond, VA office. This hybrid role combines delivery operations with office management, offering a unique opportunity to drive operational excellence while ensuring a well-functioning and welcoming office environment.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver with strong systems knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and a passion for creating smooth processes and positive environments. You will work across Delivery, Finance, People Operations, and other business units while also managing the daily needs of our office space and team.
What You Will Be Doing
Delivery Operations
- Support operational processes across teams with a focus on delivery execution and cross-functional coordination.
- Manage and analyze data using advanced Excel to support reporting, tracking, and decision-making.
- Contribute to system administration efforts; assist in maintaining and improving internal systems and tools.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support operational efficiencies and help ensure seamless workflows.
- Help maintain data quality and documentation to enable accurate forecasting and performance tracking.
Office Management
- Oversee facilities and vendor management for the Richmond, VA office.
- Coordinate event logistics, including ordering food and supporting team gatherings or office events.
- Ensure the office is consistently stocked, clean, and organized.
- Accept deliveries and handle ad-hoc office requests as needed to support team productivity and experience.
What We Are Looking For
- 5 years of experience in delivery operations, business operations, or program management, preferably in a consulting or agency environment.
- Proven experience with advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, dashboards, etc.) is required.
- Previous system administration experience is preferred, particularly in supporting internal tools or platforms.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage both ongoing ops work and immediate office needs.
- Comfortable working independently and handling a mix of operational and facilities-related responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Communications, or a related field.

Additional Information
- Employment type: Long-term full-time role.
- Salary range: $60,000 - $75,000.
- Location: On-site presence required in Richmond, VA.
