About the Role
We’re seeking a Creative Strategist to join Concord as a consultant, supporting one of our key retail and beauty clients. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business goals and creative execution—translating insights into customer-first experiences that drive loyalty, personalization, and engagement. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape impactful campaigns across web, app, and loyalty touchpoints, staying ahead of retail and beauty trends to inspire innovative strategies.


Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with client stakeholders to align creative strategies with business objectives.
  • Develop customer-centric concepts that enhance loyalty, personalization, and digital engagement.
  • Translate insights and research into campaign frameworks, messaging strategies, and creative direction.
  • Collaborate closely with design, UX, and marketing teams to bring strategies to life across channels.
  • Stay current on retail, beauty, and digital trends to provide forward-looking strategic recommendations.
  • Guide digital storytelling that connects with diverse customer audiences across web, mobile, and loyalty platforms.


Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in creative, strategy, or related roles, with a proven ability to drive innovative, customer-focused campaigns.
  • Strong ability to analyze data, research, and trends to uncover actionable insights.
  • Proven experience shaping omnichannel campaigns (web, app, social, loyalty, in-store).
  • Understanding of personalization strategies and customer loyalty programs.
  • Ability to develop messaging frameworks and guide the creation of compelling content.
  • Demonstrated skill in connecting business objectives with creative solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Experience in retail or digital consumer industries.
  • Familiarity with customer engagement platforms and tools.
  • Strategic mindset with a creative edge, able to balance storytelling with data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Additional Information

  • Duration: 3-6 months contract with the possibility of extensions depending on business needs and performance.
  • Type of employment: C2C or W2 hourly. 
  • Rate: $55- $70/hr. 
  • Location: Hybrid in Dallas-Fort Worth. 2 days on-site. 
  • Requirements: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.
