Sr. Salesforce Data Cloud Engineer 

Job Summary 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Data Cloud Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-scale customer data solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in data integration, identity resolution, segmentation, activation, and omnichannel customer engagement architectures. 

This role requires hands-on experience integrating Salesforce Data Cloud with multiple enterprise platforms, building scalable customer 360 solutions, and enabling personalized marketing and analytics use cases across channels. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design and implement solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360).  

• Configure and manage:  

• Data Streams, Ingestion APIs, Data Bundles, Calculated Insights, Segments and Activations  

• Develop integrations for:  

• Web and mobile behavioral data, Digital marketing platforms, SFTP and API-based data ingestion, CRM and transactional systems  

• Implement:  

• Identity Resolution, Data Harmonization, Profile Unification, Data Deduplication  

• Enable integration across:  

• SFMC, SMS, Push Notifications, Web and Personalization platforms  

• Build and optimize SQL-based Calculated Insights and segmentation frameworks.  

• Troubleshoot ingestion, integration, activation, and data quality issues.  

• Collaborate with business, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver scalable customer data solutions.  

Required Skills 

• Strong experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360).  

• Hands-on experience with:  

• Data Streams, Identity Resolution, Calculated Insights, Segments & Activations  

• Strong expertise in:  

• SQL / SOQL, Data Modeling, Data Transformation, Data Normalization & Deduplication  

• Experience with:  

• REST APIs, SFTP integrations, JSON/XML 

• Salesforce ecosystem experience:  

• SFMC, MCP / Interaction Studio, Sales Cloud / Service Cloud integrations  

Preferred Skills 

• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or cloud data warehouses.  

• Experience with MuleSoft or middleware platforms.  

• Salesforce Data Cloud certification preferred.
