About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Agile Coach / Agile Practice Lead to elevate and embed Agile best practices across our organization. This is a strategic, leadership-level role intended for someone with deep Agile experience who can mentor other Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, Product Owners, and large cross-functional teams on what it truly means to be Agile — not just do Agile.
The ideal candidate is a PSM-II or PSM-III certified practitioner with a strong coaching mindset, the ability to challenge superficial Agile implementations, and a passion for driving continuous improvement across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Agile subject matter expert across teams, departments, and leadership levels.
- Coach and mentor other Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, and Project Managers to mature Agile capabilities.
- Partner with Product Owners to develop strong backlog management practices and prioritization frameworks.
- Drive a culture of empiricism, collaboration, and self-management across the organization.
- Facilitate learning and development sessions on Agile values, principles, and techniques.
- Ensure the Scrum framework is understood and enacted effectively, including timeboxing, Scrum events, and empirical process control.
- Hold teams accountable to Agile principles while remaining empathetic to their context and challenges.
- Make progress visible by enabling transparency in sprint progress, team velocity, impediments, and delivery metrics.
- Helping teams reflect, adapt, and continuously improve.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience working in Agile environments, including experience as a Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach.
- PSM-II or PSM-III certification is required.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 or C2) with proven experience working in English-speaking environments and collaborating with global teams.
- Proven track record mentoring and coaching Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Experience working with large-scale Agile teams or enterprise Agile transformations.
- Strong leadership presence and the ability to influence and inspire change across different levels of an organization.
- Skilled in backlog management, value delivery, team facilitation, and flow optimization.
- Deep understanding of Agile principles beyond just frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS).
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
