About the Role

We are seeking an experienced QA Lead to lead all quality assurance activities for a strategic enterprise initiative to migrate our existing Epsilon Loyalty Platform to Salesforce Loyalty Management (SF LM).
This role will be responsible for defining the overall QA strategy, leading testing across multiple workstreams, coordinating a distributed QA team, and ensuring the successful delivery of a highly integrated enterprise loyalty solution.

The implementation includes migration of loyalty data, customer rewards, tiers, points, promotions, and member experiences while integrating Salesforce Loyalty Management with numerous enterprise applications.
The ideal candidate has experience leading quality assurance for large-scale digital transformation programs, enterprise system integrations, and Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and own the end-to-end QA Strategy for the Epsilon to Salesforce Loyalty Management migration.
  • Lead, mentor, and coordinate onshore and offshore QA resources.
  • Define testing standards, governance, quality gates, and entry/exit criteria.
  • Oversee planning and execution of: System Integration Testing (SIT), End-to-End Testing, Regression Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production Validation.
  • Validate successful migration of loyalty data including customer profiles, points, tiers, rewards, offers, promotions, certificates, and transaction history.
  • Coordinate testing across multiple Agile teams supporting the loyalty ecosystem.
  • Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, and business stakeholders to ensure complete test coverage.
  • Lead defect triage sessions and drive timely issue resolution.
  • Manage test environments, test data, and release readiness activities.
  • Report testing progress, quality metrics, risks, and release readiness to program leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Support production deployment planning and hypercare activities.

Required Experience
  • 8+ years leading Quality Assurance teams on enterprise software implementations.
  • Proven experience leading QA for enterprise platform migrations or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience with Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Salesforce Loyalty Management preferred).
  • Experience testing complex enterprise integrations and APIs.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
  • Experience using Jira, Zephyr, or similar test management tools.
  • Strong SQL and data validation experience.
  • Experience managing onshore and offshore QA teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Salesforce Loyalty Management (SF LM) implementation experience.

  • Retail, loyalty, or customer engagement platforms.
  • Customer data migration and validation.
  • Testing across integrated enterprise systems including:

  • Experience supporting enterprise UAT planning and execution.

Leadership Expectations
The QA Lead will establish the testing strategy across multiple cross-functional teams and vendors supporting the Loyalty Re-Platform initiative. This individual will provide leadership throughout planning, execution, defect management, release readiness, and production deployment while ensuring quality standards are consistently applied across all workstreams.

Additional Information
  • Location: Dallas, TX. Hybrid, on-site 3 days a week. 
  • Employment Type/Duration: 6-12 month contract. Possibility of renewals
  • Compensation: $ W2 or $ C2C. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, and overall qualifications.
  • Requirements: Must be authorized to work legally in the US without sponsorship, now or in the future.
