About the Role
Concord is seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) to lead the end-to-end delivery of Order to Cash (OTC) initiatives for one of our key clients in the energy sector. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, functional understanding, and delivery leadership, ensuring solutions are aligned with business goals, program governance, and enterprise architecture standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of multiple Order to Cash (OTC) solutions, including Order Management, Pricing, and Accounts Receivable components.
- Oversee the implementation of custom-built OTC solutions, preferably developed on modern browser-based platforms such as React, Angular, or .NET.
- Coordinate delivery across cross-functional and matrixed teams, providing consistent updates on project progress, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership.
- Identify, escalate, and proactively resolve delivery risks and dependencies to ensure projects remain on schedule and meet quality standards.
- Enforce adherence to governance processes, delivery methodologies, and quality benchmarks.
- Partner with Project Managers, Technical Leads, Developers, QA, and Business Analysts to address technical and functional challenges.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure solutions align with enterprise integration and architectural standards.
- Manage multiple interdependent workstreams, ensuring seamless delivery coordination and business alignment.
Required Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated success in leading complex OTC transformation or implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of Order Management, Pricing, Billing, and Accounts Receivable business processes.
- Hands-on experience managing custom web development projects using React, Angular, or .NET, with relational or NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with Master Data Management (MDM) concepts related to Customer and Product Hub.
- Solid technical acumen, with the ability to participate in design discussions and validate architecture decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive reporting and risk communication.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills with a proactive approach to delivery and risk management.
- Experience operating effectively in matrixed organizations with multiple parallel initiatives.

Job Specifications
- Employment Type: 6-12 months contract. Possibility of renewal depending on personal performance and business needs.
- Salary: $70-80/hr W2 hourly or $80-$90/hr C2C.
- Location: On-site, 5 days a week. King of Prussia, PA
- Requirements: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
