About the Role
As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support Concord’s growth. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. This role is ideal for a results-driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and has experience hiring for technical roles in both the US and Latin America.

The Senior Technical Recruiter is a business-minded talent partner who can move fluidly across different levels, geographies, seniority, and hiring models.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing. 
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, and networking.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide market insights, and drive efficient hiring decisions.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience by managing communication, interview coordination, and feedback loops.
  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates, sourcing effectiveness) to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the ATS and other recruitment tools.

What We Are Looking For
  • 5–10 years of full-cycle recruiting, with at least 3 years within IT consulting, technology, or professional services.
  • Proven experience recruiting tech and digital (Engineering, Digital Experience, Design, Data and Analytics, and Cloud) in the United States and Latin America.
  • Proven track record of hiring senior technical roles.
  • Experience across multiple hiring models: Direct hire, permanent, staff augmentation, and temporary consultants.
  • Comfortable with remote, hybrid, and onsite US hiring models. 
  • Understands cultural differences in interviewing, compensation expectations, and candidate motivations
  • Advanced English proficiency C1/C2 is required.
  • Strong stakeholder management across time zones, pace, expectations, and conflicting priorities.
  • Strong sourcing skills, with experience using job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools—specifically LinkedIn Recruiter and JazzHR are a plus.

Additional Information
  • Employment type: contract with hourly pay in USD for Latin America. Peruvian Payroll with full benefits for candidates based in Peru or USD as a contractor.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week. Full-time and long-term engagement.
  • Location: Remote. Prefer candidates based in Peru or Mexico. Open to other countries, including Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, and Bolivia. Must be based in Latin America.
  • Interview Process: (1) Initial Screen, (2) Take-home exercise, (3) Technical Interview, and (4) Panel Interview.
