As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support Concord’s growth. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. This role is ideal for a results-driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and has experience hiring for technical roles in both the US and Latin America.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, and networking.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide market insights, and drive efficient hiring decisions.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience by managing communication, interview coordination, and feedback loops.
  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates, sourcing effectiveness) to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the ATS and other recruitment tools.

Qualifications

  • 3-7 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within IT consulting, technology, or professional services.
  • Proven experience recruiting tech and digital in the United States and Latin America.
  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong sourcing skills, with experience using , job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools—specifically LinkedIn Recruiter, JazzHR, and Bullhorn are a plus.
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to track, analyze, and optimize recruitment performance.

  • Employment type: Full-time, long-term (Peruvian payroll or contract basis).
  • Location: Prefer candidates based in Peru. Open to other Latin American countries.
  • Open to remote. Occasionally visit the office in Lima, Peru might be required.
