About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented contractor to join our Customer Trust and Assurance team, operating within a dynamic and growing cybersecurity program. This role focuses on supporting our customer assurance activities—primarily by responding to security-related Requests for Information (RFIs) for our products and services. Think of it as the “reverse side” of Third Party Risk Management (TPRM): instead of evaluating others, you’ll be showcasing our own controls and posture to assure our customers of their trust and safety in our platform.

This is an exciting opportunity for a cybersecurity generalist with a solid foundation in IT and security concepts, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Fluency in French and residency in Europe are required. The position is available for immediate start.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer security RFIs, questionnaires, and due diligence requests related to the organization's security, privacy, and compliance posture.
  • Collaborate with internal to gather and validate responses.
  • Leverage and support update of central repository of answers to streamline response times and ensure consistency across responses.
  • Interpret and communicate technical concepts to non-technical customer audiences in a clear and concise manner.
  • Support ad hoc customer trust and assurance projects, including audits, certifications, and process improvements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all responses, tracking customer deadlines and response status.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, or a related technical field
  • Experience with customer relationship/responses and/or sales related pursuits
  • Strong understanding of core security concepts (e.g., access controls, encryption, risk management, security frameworks).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex topics clearly.
  • Proven experience working with customer trust, assurance, security questionnaires, or security documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience responding to RFIs, or other industry-standard questionnaires.
  • Familiarity with security and privacy frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST CSF, GDPR, etc.
  • Background in SaaS, cloud security, or product security is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, or customer support ticketing systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience working cross-functionally.

Soft skills we are looking for
  • Responsive, accountable, self-directed, and with a great work ethic.
  • Confident talking to customers about security and passionate about technical solutions.
  • A strong communicator, both written and verbal.
