We are purpose-built, merging the industry’s top specialty companies to amplify our Innovation Capabilities in analytics & AI, data management & engineering, UX and digital experience, and technical platform integration, automation & security engineering.

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to join Concord as a full-time consultant, supporting our retail vertical on large-scale initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of Agile delivery and digital commerce, with a solid understanding of web application development lifecycles in retail/e-commerce environments. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to enable high-performing Agile practices, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of customer-facing digital solutions.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Serve as a dedicated Scrum Master for one or more Agile delivery teams driving enterprise-scale retail and eCommerce initiatives.
  • Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Partner closely with Product Owners to maintain a well-prioritized, data-driven backlog aligned with business and customer outcomes.
  • Support teams working across key eCommerce domains such as conversion funnels, cart/checkout, order flows, inventory, loyalty, OMS, CMS, promotions, payments, search, and analytics.
  • Identify, communicate, and remove blockers to ensure predictable, high-quality sprint delivery across distributed teams.
  • Coach teams and business partners on Agile best practices, continuous improvement, and enterprise ways of working.
  • Drive transparency and alignment across product, engineering, QA, UX/UI, data, and retail business teams.
  • Monitor and report on sprint metrics (velocity, burndown, team health) and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Support dependency management, risk mitigation, and cross-team coordination within a scaled Agile environment (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Nexus).

What We Are Looking For

  • 7–10+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead supporting complex retail or digital commerce organizations.
  • Deep experience with eCommerce platforms, digital retail workflows, and optimization of customer-facing experiences.
  • Prior experience supporting enterprise-wide programs or multi-team delivery environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and related frameworks; able to coach at the team and stakeholder level.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting dashboards.
  • Relevant certifications: CSM, PSM I/II, SAFe Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or similar.
  • Background working in consulting, enterprise transformation, or high-scale retail environments.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), composable commerce, or other digital commerce ecosystems is a plus.
