• Customization & Configuration: Configure Oracle Service Cloud (formerly RightNow) to meet business requirements, including custom fields, workspaces, workflows, and incident management workflows.
• Development: Utilize PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for customization and to develop custom plugins for Agent Desktop.
• Integration: Build and maintain integrations between OSC and other systems (e.g., Salesforce, ERP, CRM, Oracle Field Service) using APIs, OIC, or ODI.
• Business Logic: Develop and implement business logic for reporting requirements using Groovy scripts.
• Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing maintenance, troubleshoot application issues, and manage service requests with Oracle Support. 

• Experience: 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Service Cloud (OSvC) development.
• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Oracle Knowledge: Familiarity with Oracle Field Service (OFS), CPQ, or WMS is highly desirable.
• APIs: Experience with SOAP and REST web services for integration.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and experience in fit-gap analysis
