This role will be the technical lead for Epicor development, working closely with business stakeholders and support analysts to ensure the ERP environment aligns with operational needs.

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Epicor Consultant to lead ERP development and customization efforts with a strong focus on supply chain and manufacturing processes. This role will be the technical lead for Epicor development, working closely with business stakeholders and support analysts to ensure the ERP environment aligns with operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Epicor development initiatives with an emphasis on manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, and production workflows.
- Design, develop, and maintain Epicor customizations using C# / VB.NET, WinForms, BPMs, BAQs, and Dashboards.
- Build and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and SSRS reports to support operational reporting and analytics.
- Support workflow automation and integrations (REST/SOAP, Service Connect, external applications).
- Ensure alignment of ERP solutions with best practices in manufacturing and supply chain management.
- Collaborate with business analysts to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and best practice guidance to support analysts.
- Oversee deployments, environment management, and performance tuning
Required Experience
- 7+ years Epicor ERP development experience with proven focus in manufacturing and supply chain modules (jobs, BOMs, scheduling, labor, procurement, inventory, costing). Exposure to Epicor Kinetic.
- Experience with large-scale ERP upgrade or modernization projects.
- Demonstrated experience leading Epicor development efforts in complex, high-user environments.
- Core Skills:
- C# / VB.NET, .NET WinForms – Epicor customizations and BPM logic.
- SQL / T-SQL, SSRS, XML/XSLT – database queries, reporting, and data transformations.
- Epicor Classic Development Tools – BPMs, BAQs, dashboards, UD fields/tables, custom assemblies.
- Integrations – REST/SOAP APIs, IIS, Windows Task Agent, Service Connect.
- Strong knowledge of ERP best practices for production, material management, and distribution.
- Ability to troubleshoot, tune, and optimize ERP customizations.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with business and technical teams.

Additional Information
- Duration: 12+ months contract with the possibility of renewal depending on business needs and performance.
- Type of contract: C2C or W2 hourly.
- Rate: $70 - $100/hr
- Location: Prefer candidates based in Minneapolis, MN. Open to remote work for candidates located in other cities in the US.
- Requirements: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.
