About the role

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our client’s Global Business Services team, where the focus is on improving and transforming internal technology infrastructure, including IT operations, workplace technologies, cybersecurity, architecture, engineering services, and enterprise systems.

This opportunity plays a key role in the development, deployment, and maintenance of scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise software and cloud platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in automation, infrastructure management, and security.

The role offers opportunities to work with modern technologies—including cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and generative AI—while contributing to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and platform reliability. You’ll report to the Manager of DevSecOps Engineering and work alongside a collaborative team of engineers.

You’ll be part of a global DevOps community of professionals who share knowledge, innovate together, and continuously invest in skill growth.

What you’ll do

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable enterprise software and cloud platforms.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Operate and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Apply SRE principles (monitoring, incident response, capacity planning) to ensure platform stability.
  • Develop scripts and tools to automate operational tasks and improve engineering efficiency.
  • Ensure security compliance through best practices and regular assessments.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, QA, and security teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Document technical processes and infrastructure configurations for transparency and repeatability.
  • Translate business and customer requirements into technical solutions.
  • Explore and apply emerging technologies, including generative AI, to enhance software capabilities.

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, DevSecOps, or platform engineering.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 or C2) with proven experience working in English-speaking environments and collaborating with global teams.
  • Background in enterprise-scale application and infrastructure operations.
  • Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python) for automation and infrastructure tasks.
  • Working knowledge of programming frameworks (e.g., .NET, Java).
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, including module development.
  • Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), including service design and deployment.
  • Familiarity with container orchestration and serverless technologies.
  • Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Interest or experience in generative AI applications for software development.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
