About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Scrum Master with proven experience leading agile teams in Cloud and DevOps environments. You will facilitate Agile practices, remove impediments, and enable high-performing teams to deliver impactful solutions in a dynamic technical landscape.

This position is remote for Peru, preferred, but open to LATAM.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams delivering cloud-based and DevOps-related solutions.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and reviews.
  • Support Product Owners in backlog management, sprint prioritization, and story refinement.
  • Identify and resolve team impediments, ensuring continuous delivery.
  • Promote Agile values, principles, and practices within the team and across the organization.
  • Collaborate with Cloud Architects, DevOps Engineers, and Product Managers to ensure alignment on deliverables.
  • Monitor sprint progress using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools, and report on team performance metrics.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Guide teams in the implementation of DevOps pipelines and CI/CD best practices when applicable.


 

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
  • Proven experience in Cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Familiarity with DevOps principles, tools, and workflows (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and operations.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Experience with agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II) is highly preferred.



Nice to Have

  • Technical background in software development or system engineering.
  • Experience in regulated environments or with large-scale enterprise cloud migrations.
  • Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
