About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Workato Integration Specialist with experience in iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) and a strong background in the retail industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing integrations using Workato, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation across various business applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Workato iPaaS.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand integration needs and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Develop and manage Workato recipes, connectors, and automation workflows.
  • Ensure data consistency and accuracy across integrated systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring system reliability.
  • Optimize and enhance existing integration processes to improve efficiency.
  • Maintain documentation of integration designs, workflows, and configurations.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience with Workato iPaaS platform.
  • Retail industry experience with an understanding of common retail systems and processes.
  • Strong knowledge of API integrations, webhooks, and data transformation.
  • Experience working with RESTful and SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and middleware technologies.
  • Ability to troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data integrity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP, CRM, POS, or e-commerce platforms in the retail sector.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, or SQL.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.

Additional Information

  • Employment type: 6-12 month contract. Possibility of renewal depending on business needs and personal performance.
  • Location: Remote, USA.
