About the Role

We’re looking for a QA Lead with deep experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) to lead our quality assurance efforts on cutting-edge eCommerce platforms. In this role, you’ll guide a team of testers, implement robust automation frameworks, and ensure our clients launch high-quality digital experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and mentor the QA team across unit, UI/UX, defect, system, and integration testing for SFCC-based sites
  • Design and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using tools like Cypress and Selenium
  • Collaborate closely with developers, designers, business analysts, and PMs to ensure top-tier product quality
  • Own the test planning and execution process for new features and updates
  • Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing
  • Identify, report, and manage defects in a timely and efficient manner
  • Coordinate testing across vendor applications and various Salesforce Clouds
  • Provide QA sign-off prior to deployment
  • Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in QA, with 3+ years focused on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
  • Proficiency in e-commerce testing, with a strong understanding of SFCC features and architecture
  • Experience with test management tools like Zephyr
  • Hands-on experience with Cypress and Selenium
  • Knowledge of e-commerce best practices and cross-platform testing
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to lead and inspire a team
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a hybrid work environment

Additional Information

  • Location: Denton, TX. Hybrid 2 days on site.
  • Employment time: full-time permanent hire with Concord. Open to contract if preferred.
  • Targeted start: June 2025
  • Requirements: must be authorized to work legally in the US without sponsorship, now or in the future.
  • Annual salary: $120,000 to $130,000
