About The Role

Concord is a leading technology consultancy delivering connected customer experiences through data and innovation. We are seeking a Senior Manager of Analytics to lead advanced data strategy and analytics initiatives for a high-profile client in the QSR/retail ecosystem. In this senior consulting role, you will drive the development, implementation, and optimization of data strategies using the Adobe Experience Cloud stack (Analytics, AEP, Journey Manager, etc.).

The ideal candidate is a hands-on analytics leader with deep expertise in the Adobe suite, a passion for customer data, and a talent for turning analysis into business results. You will oversee everything from customer segmentation and personalization analytics to real-time dashboards and marketing attribution, ensuring our client can make data-driven decisions with confidence.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Analytics Strategy Leadership: Define and lead the overall data and analytics strategy for the client. Leverage Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and Adobe Journey Optimizer to implement solutions that meet business goals and enhance connected customer experiences.
  • Customer Segmentation & Predictive Analytics: Oversee advanced customer analytics initiatives, including developing customer segmentations, personalization approaches, and predictive models. Use these insights to inform marketing strategies, loyalty programs, and product offerings for improved customer engagement and lifetime value.
  • Real-Time Reporting & Visualization: Implement real-time data visualization and dashboarding solutions to monitor key performance indicators. Ensure stakeholders have timely, intuitive access to metrics and insights for agile decision-making.
  • Attribution & ROI Analysis: Develop and refine multi-touch attribution models to accurately measure the ROI of marketing campaigns and channels. Provide clear analysis on what’s driving performance, and guide budget allocation and optimization based on data-driven evidence.
  • Data Governance & Collaboration: Establish data governance best practices to ensure data quality, consistency, and security across systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, IT, CRM, etc.) to align data initiatives and foster a culture of analytics. Serve as a trusted advisor to both client and Concord teams on analytics strategy and data-driven decision processes.
  • Team Leadership & Delivery: As a Senior Manager, lead and mentor a team of analysts and data specialists (potentially across both Concord and client teams). Oversee analytics project delivery end-to-end, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, on budget, and meet high quality standards. Communicate findings and recommendations to executive-level stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields, with at least several years in a leadership role. Strong background in developing and executing data strategies in a marketing or customer analytics context.
  • Adobe Stack Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience with Adobe’s analytics and marketing platforms – including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and Adobe Journey Manager as core tools. Familiarity with Adobe Campaign and Adobe Target (and how they integrate with analytics) is highly desired.
  • Data Integration Skills: Proven ability to integrate and analyze data from multiple sources such as CRM systems, point-of-sale (POS) data, loyalty program databases, and other customer touchpoints. Experience building unified customer data views or using Customer Data Platforms is a plus.
  • Business Intelligence & Dashboarding: Advanced proficiency in BI and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Adobe Analytics Workspace). Skilled at designing real-time dashboards, automated reports, and data visualizations that drive business action.
  • Predictive Analytics & Modeling: Experience with predictive modeling and statistical analysis techniques (regression, clustering, machine learning algorithms). Able to translate complex analytic findings into clear business recommendations and strategy.
  • Strategic & Tactical Balance: Demonstrated capability to think strategically about data (big-picture vision, roadmap development) while also being able to dive into details to troubleshoot data issues or perform hands-on analysis when needed.
  • Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership and people management skills. Able to mentor team members and cultivate analytics talent. Superior communication abilities, with experience presenting data insights and recommendations to senior business leaders.
  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in retail or QSR industries is beneficial but not mandatory. A strong understanding of consumer behavior analytics and omni-channel marketing data is expected.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
