Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Data Integration & BI to lead our data practice, focusing on data integration and business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale data solutions in a consulting environment. This role requires experience in Databricks, Power BI, cloud data platforms, enterprise data architecture, and client-facing consulting engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the Data Integration & BI practice, defining strategy, methodologies, and best practices.
- Architect and oversee the implementation of scalable data integration solutions leveraging Databricks, cloud data platforms, and ETL pipelines.
- Provide technical leadership on business intelligence solutions, particularly with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Partner with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Drive data governance, security, and compliance across data platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to deliver high-impact insights.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in data engineering, analytics, and BI to ensure continuous innovation.
- Mentor and develop a team of data professionals.
- Support business development efforts by providing technical expertise and contributing to proposals and client presentations.
- Work closely with clients to ensure successful delivery of consulting engagements and long-term strategic partnerships.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in data integration, data engineering, and BI, preferably in a consulting environment.
- Strong expertise in Databricks and cloud-based data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and ETL tools.
- Experience in data modeling, data warehousing, and real-time data processing.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience working in enterprise environments with large-scale data initiatives.
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.

Additional Information
- Employment type: Full-time, permanent employment.
- Work location: Hybrid, depending on location. Travel will be required to visit the HQ, clients, or events.
- Preferred locations: Dallas, TX.
- Salary range: $175,000 - $200,000.
- Requirements: must be authorized to work legally in the US without sponsorship, now or in the future.
