Digital Transformation Sales Executive – Retail, CPG

We’re seeking a Sales Executive to join our growing team and drive new business across Concord’s full suite of services: Digital Experience (Salesforce, Headless Commerce, UI/UX), Data and Analytics (Snowflake, Databricks, Martech Analytics), Engineering and Application Services (Application Modernization, Greenfield Apps, Portal Buildout, etc.) and Cybersecurity.
This role focuses on identifying and pursuing new accounts while collaborating closely with delivery and pre-sales teams. You’ll target businesses in industries such as retail and commerce.

Responsibilities
- Pipeline Generation: Use referral partners, channel partners, and proactive outreach (cold calling, networking, etc.) to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Client Engagement: Develop relationships with key accounts, delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Hunter Mentality: Actively seek new business opportunities, aggressively pursue new logos, and expand your territory.
- Collaboration: Work closely with delivery and pre-sales teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and client delivery.
- Quota Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas by employing a consultative selling approach.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison for clients, fostering long-term partnerships and business growth.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of proven success in business development, client acquisition, and sales.
- Proven track exceeding sales quotas in a consulting, digital transformation, and technology services environment.
- Proven experience selling Data and Analytics, Digital Experience, Security, Cloud, or Product Engineering solutions.
- High energy, proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship-building.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and think strategically.
- Demonstrated success in achieving KPIs and generating revenue in a hunter role.
- Comfortable working in a smaller, entrepreneurial organization.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Additional information
- Employment Type: Full-time, long-term position.
- Compensation: Base salary + variable commissions.
- Salary Range: $140,000 - 160,000 base.
- Location: open to remote or hybrid in the USA
- Must be willing to travel as needed to our offices (Minneapolis, Richmond, or Kansas City), clients' sites, and other locations.
- Requirements: Must be authorized to work legally in the US without sponsorship.
